Buying And Selling Of Ketaun Kebalit Rice Fields From An Islamic Economic Perspective In Bebie Hall, Praya District

Community life is inseparable from transactions, one of which is buying and selling. People buy and sell every day, there are many types of transactions carried out by the community. Such as the sale and purchase of rice fields in Bebie Hamlet, Mekar Damai Village, they carry out the sale and purchase with a specified time limit. The seller will sell his rice field to the buyer with the condition that when the specified time has expired, the rice field will return to the seller's property without having to redeem it to the buyer. During the agreed time, the buyer has the right to use and manage the rice field without changing the shape of the rice field. This study aims to determine 1) How is the System and Practice of buying and selling rice fields in Bebie Hamlet, Mekar Damai Village, Central Lombok Regency? 2) What is the view of muamalah fiqh regarding the sale and purchase of rice fields in Bebie Hamlet, Mekar Damai Village, Central Lombok Regency?

This research is a qualitative field study with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data source is the research subject, which has a very important position, obtained from primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used by Miles and Huberman include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the seller will sell his rice field within a specified time limit, when the agreed time the rice field will return to the seller's property without having to redeem it to the buyer. This kind of sale and purchase is an imperfect sale and purchase because the object does not transfer ownership completely forever. The sale and purchase of rice fields in Bebie Hamlet, Mekar Damai Village, Central Lombok Regency has ambiguity in its contract, namely a sale and purchase contract but tends more towards renting. Islamic jurists have different opinions on this matter, some say it is invalid because the rice field does not transfer ownership completely according to the intent of the sale and purchase contract. However, there are also those who allow it based on the basis of mutual consent and has become a custom or habit of the community in Bebie Hamlet, Mekar Damai Village, Central Lombok Regency.

The aim of this research is to find out whether live streaming and real product pictures can build consumer trust and can be the key to sales conversion. The research method used is quantitative and for data collection using a questionnaire and the data analysis technique in this research uses PLS. Conclusions describe the answer to the hypothesis and/or research objectives or scientific findings obtained. The conclusion does not contain a repetition of the results and discussion, but rather a summary of the findings as expected in the objective or hypothesis.

SOCIAL WELFARE CENTER SERVICES IN POVERTY REDUCTION

Abstrac: This study aims to determine the service of the social welfare center (Puskesos) in
poverty alleviation in Abeli Dalam Village, Puuwatu District, Kendari City. This type of
research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques were carried out by
means of observation, interviews, and documentation with 13 research informants. 5 people
from the implementing team for the social welfare center (Puskesos), and 8 additional
informants, 1 TKSK and 7 community members who are beneficiaries of the Puskesos service
in Abeli Dalam Village, Puuwatu District, Kendari City. The results showed that the social welfare center service (Puskesos) was located in the
government of Abeli Dalam Village by providing social welfare center services in programs
including: Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS), Family Hope Program (PKH), Non Tunai Food
Assistance (BPNT), and Cash Social Assistance (BST). What Puskesos do to the poor are: 1)
making changes in the form of activities, these activities are in the form of socialization. 2)
assisting in solving problems, by providing quality service assistance to poor
individuals/families/households must have clear, uncomplicated, easy-to-understand and
implement procedures. These activities include; receiving complaints, checking the status of
potential beneficiaries with data validation and verification processes, complaint handling
services according to program needs in this case the KIS, PKH, BPNT, BST programs, and
handling referrals. With the number of recipients of KIS 700 people, PKH 77 KK, BPNT 137
KK, and BST 6 KK. The number of recipients of services for the poor is 174 families from
202 families. It is found in Puskesos services and the benefits of Community Health Center
services for the community that can have a good impact on community welfare and poverty
alleviation, and contribute to the fulfillment of the right to access health services, education,
basic food assistance, and cash social assistance can be achieved.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai Strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi kreatif yang berbasis pada kearifan lokal dalam mendukung kawasan ekonomi khusus Mandalika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa upaya strategis pengembanan ekonomi kreatif guna menunjang keberadaaan Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Mandalika, yaitu melalui upaya pembentukan iklim yang potensial (enabling) dengan penyelenggaraan pegelaran festival dan pertunjukan-pertunjukan lainnya, penguatan terhadap potensi masyarakat (empowering) dengan penyediaan akses-akses, dan adanya perlindungan(protecting) dengan pembuatan awik-awik desa dan pengkuan hak asasi serta keadilan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pelatihan dan disiplin kerja dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Perwakilan BEI NTB. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif .menggunakan tekhik sampling snowball sampling yang merupakan bagian probability sampling.Tehnik pengambilan sample menggunakan nonprobability.metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis data kualittatif model Miles dan Hubermen.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa pelatihan (TOT, sekolah pasar modal, klinik investasi ) yang mumpuni dan disiplin kerja juga sangat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan KSPM sebagai perantara nasabah dan bursa efek. Pelatihan yang diberikan bursa efek untuk melatih mahasiswa dan karyawan inti dinilai sangat membantu peningkatan baik dari jumlah investor sampai dengan penambahan jumlah transaksi investor setiap bulan.Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari grafik peningkatan jumlah investor pada dua tahun terakhir. Selain dari itu peneliti menemukan faktor lain yang ikut berpartisipasi dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia sampai dengan faktor peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pada KP BEI NTB terletak pada kualitas pelatih dan banyaknya KSPM yang mulai dibentuk. Seiring dengan penambahan jumlah KSPM yang dibentuk mengakibatkan penyebaran informasi yang lebih meluas dan dapat menjangkau wilayah pelosok.Penambahan KSPM dapat diikuti dengan penambahan jumlah pelatihan rutin untuk dapat menjamin informasi yang diberikan telah sesuai dengan keadaan.

Produksi kopi di Indonesia sangat banyak, hampir setiap daerah di Indonesia memiliki lahan dan kebun kopi sangat luas, hal ini mengakibatkan Indonesia mengalami kendala dalam mengolah dan memasarkan akibat kelebihan yang diproduksi. Berbagai cara dan usaha telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah, salah satunya dengan meningkatkan nilai ekspor. Banyak negara eropa yang juga memiliki tingkat konsumsi kopi terbesar, salah satunya Jerman dengan memiliki tingkat konsumsi kopi terbesar ketiga di dunia, ini merupakan hal yang potensial bagi Indonesia sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kerjasama Indonesia-Jerman melalui ekspor dan impor kopi dan coffee machine guna mempererat hubungan bilateral antar kedua negara. Analisis ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ekspor kedua negara pada tahun 2020-2021 mengalami perubahan yang signifikan dan dengan adanya Kerjasama kedua negara tersebut, Indonesia dan Jerman ikut berkontribusi dalam perdagangan internasional.

Perkembangan industry menjadi pendongkrak pembangunan ekonomi karena dengan adanya alih fungsi lahan pertanian dan profesi, maka industry menjadi salah satu pengerak ekonomi masyarakat. Industri halal pada masa ini adalah ladang bagi para pengusaha dan tenaga kerja Indonesia, karena permintaan akan produk halal di dunia semakin banyak. Kota Pekalongan terkenal dengan produksi tekstil, batik dan fashion siap pakai dan menurut data, industry fashion mengerakan perekonomian masyarakat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlibatan pelaku dalam skema rantai nilai industry halal fashion global dan untuk mengetahui kondisi perekonomian masyarakat kota dengan keberadaan industry halal fashion. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah studi literatur dan studi lapangan. Studi literatur untuk mencari pemahaman tentang rantai nilai industry global sedangkan studi lapangan untuk menelusuri rantai nilai halal fashion di Kota Pekalongan. Pengumpulan data berupa telaah literatur dan wawancara. Hasil telaah literatur ditemukan bahwa dalam industry fashion halal global, Indonesia mengimpor lebih banyak daripada melakukan ekspor. Nilai industry fashion halal juga tidak sebanyak industry pengolahan makanan dan minuman halal. Sedangkan dalam rantai nilai industry, setiap perusahaan menerapkan margin untuk kemudian digunakan sebagai keuntungan. Kondisi ekspor halal fashion di Kota Pekalongan baru merambah pasar dalam negeri dan sedikit yang berkecimpung di pasar ekspor. Sedangkan untuk ekosistem industry halal fashion saat ini ada dalam tahap perencanaan dan pengembangan.

This research has important implications for economic policy making in Indonesia. Appropriate policies in managing exports, imports, the rupiah exchange rate, and the inflation rate can accelerate economic growth, create jobs, and improve the welfare of society as a whole. The purpose of this study is to identify how much influence these variables have on Indonesia's economic growth and how the interactions between these variables. The method used in this research is a literature review study by reviewing several research articles that have been published and are related to the same research problem and research results obtained through the database in the Google Scholar publication. Based on 8 literature studies, the journals that have been analyzed have similarities that with exports, imports, exchange rates and inflation will have a good effect and have a significant influence on economic growthIndonesia. This is because exports make the largest contribution to GDP in Indonesia. The higher the real exchangerate, the more it will encourage exports and others and be able to influence Indonesia's economic growth.

This research was conducted to find out how the space for community participation was built by sound lovers in the Sound Miniature Contest in Sukorambi Village. The emergence of this community is based on the same perception and goal, namely that both are fond of sound systems. This research method is qualitative and uses an ethnographic approach. Retrieval of data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed with the theory of postmodernism. The result of this research is that the community of sound system lovers has changed the pattern of interaction among people who share the same passion for forming unique traditions. which, in the end, can provide impetus to improve the economic system of the people of Sukorambi Village through the unique traditions that youth create.
